GRAPE DUMPLINGS:

Place 2 cups Fry Bread Mix in large mixing bowl.

Add 3/4 cups warm water.

Stir with wooden spoon or bare hands until well mixed.

On a well-floured surface, roll dough to about 1/8” thickness (half the thickness of a pencil).

Cut into approximately 2” squares. Place 48 oz of Welch’s grape juice and 1/2 cup sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil.

Drop dumplings into boiling juice, reduce heat to medium and simmer approximately 30-40 minutes or until juice thickens.

Stir gently from time to time.

Serve warm (not hot) as a special dessert. Yield 6 dessert-size (5 oz) servings.
